SHUT OFF'S DUE TO DELINQUENCY WILL RESUME ON THURSDAY, JULY 16th, 2020, AT APPROXIMATELY 10:00AM.

New Customers must complete a Utility Contact along with an Occupancy Certificate.
In addition, a $150.00 Security Deposit and $10.00 Occupancy Certificate Fee is required along with a copy of Photo ID.
Renters will be required to provide a copy of their current and signed lease.

You may also stop by City Hall to pick up copies of these forms.
Once these documents and fee's have been submitted to City Hall, Services will be scheduled for connection. Please note that once the documents have been received, it may be a minimum of 24 hours before services can be connected. This is depended on the Public Works department's schedule.
Also, please be aware that all previous balances on the property must be paid in full prior to new services being activated.

**If a billing cycle date should fall on a weekend or holiday, the task will be completed on the following business day.
You may make a payment for your Utility Bill at City Hall during normal business hours. If you are unable to make it to City Hall at these times, you may also make a payment by leaving payment in the secured drop box outside of City Hall (which is checked daily), mail in a payment, or make a payment over the phone using a debit or credit card.
**Debit/Credit Card transactions will not be accepted after 4:45 p.m.
Arrangements will not be made with any City Employee at any time.
If it is necessary to make an arrangement to pay a Utility Bill, the individual must present their case to the Board of Alderman at the Monthly Board of Aldermen (BOA) Meeting. BOA Meeting’s are the first Mondays of the Month at 6:00pm. If you would like to present and Arrangement Case to the Board please call City Hall (at least 48 hours before the meeting) to make arrangements to be put on the agenda for the meeting you wish to attend.
We would like to remind the community that these are the ordinances and rules that are in place. The Staff at City Hall do not make these policies, but we are required by the Board of Aldermen to enforce them. If you have any suggestions on how to improve the Utility Billing Cycle we are happy to listen. All suggestions should be brought to the Monthly Board of Aldermen (BOA) Meetings.
