If you would like to present a topic to the Board or if you have matters that need to be discussed/approved, please contact the City Clerk no later that 48 Hours prior to the meeting date to be placed on the Agenda. When requesting to be placed on the Agenda, you will need to provide the following information to the City Clerk:

Elections

General Municipal Elections are held annually in the Month of April.


NOTICE OF FILING

The General Municipal Election for the City of Hawk Point will be held on Tuesday, the 2nd day of April 2019 for the purpose of electing candidates for the offices listed below. 


The filing period for these offices begins at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 11th, 2018 and ends at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 15th, 2019. 


Candidates for the following offices need to file in person with the City Clerk

Hawk Point, MO 63349


Tuesday - Friday

During normal business hours. 


City Hall will be closed December 25th, 2018, for Christmas and January 1st, 2019, for New Year’s.


Expiring Terms:

Two (2) Aldermen (at-large), 2-year terms

One (1) Alderman (at-large), 1-year term

Complaints/Concerns

Please complete an Ordinance Violation form for any Ordinance Violations, Complaints or Concerns. You may pick a form at City Hall or download from the link below. 


The City Clerk will pass along the complaint/concern to the Police Department who will investigate the situation. If necessary, the complaint/concern will be brought to the Boards' attention.
